Great ride! Love the roads, and as one person mentioned challenging course. I did the 51 mile route (computer said 52.83) and the last leg had the most elevation, no wonder I was tired!! The rest stop snacks were awesome, the volunteers awesome!! BBQ was delicious!! I think the turnout was less than expected due to another major ride being held same day. I'm glad I chose this one because the scenery was awesome!! - Quynh Truong

Thank's to all the volunteers, this was a great sucess, It was really nice to see our Boy Scouts are still around, Would like to thank all the Law Enforcement at major intersections.I went on the 51 miler beautiful scenery the road was a little rough around stubblefield lake. The hills are getting ready for the lufkin ride next week. The B.B.Q. was pretty good. The national anthem was really beautifully sung by the young lady. -Grumpy 3
The Huntsville Raven Ride is a beautiful and challenging course with lots of opportunities for 10-20 meter climbs and quick descents. The Sam Houston National Forest is a great backdrop that serves to keep your interest as well as keep the sun at bay for most of the ride. I rode the 51-53 mile route feeling it would be more scenic through 1791 instead of spending most of the back end of the ride on Hwy 30. Excellent support from packet pickup, the quick start, at intersections, and at rest stops. The course was very well staffed by various volunteer groups and well marked. Attendance was a bit sparse by riders, but it shouldn't be. The Raven Ride is a great excuse to see Huntsville by bike. -Toby Craig
This is a really pretty ride. There are some early hills, but none are terribly long. We rode the 61 mile course. I will definitely add this one to my annual list. -Black Star 269
My favorite ride in Texas. Not too crowded, beautiful sceneries, challenging hills throughout the course, oustanding support, great restops, and the most friendly and dedicated volunteers I have ever seen on a bike ride. I hope you will continue to offer this ride each year. Thank you. -Claire Bartlett
Great ride, great support, beautiful scenery. Volunteers are amazing. Great food and drinks at all the multiple rest stops. And amazing brisket and sides at the end. There isn't a better ride in Texas, with all the support and food. I got two flats on the ride, and within minutes of each flat I had race volunteers pulled over asking if I needed help, equipment, or a ride. Pretty spectacular! -les81more
